Q: Do you accept donations of old equipment?
Y: Yes, we accept any and all brands of outdoor power equipment.
Q: Can you work on my mower/string trimmer/Chainsaw/Generator/hedge trimmer/etc.?
Y. Yes, we can. We work on all brands and types of outdoor power equipment, regardless of age or whether it operates on fuel or electricity. We do charge a minimum fee of $85 to perform a detailed diagnostic of whether something is fixable and if parts can be acquired. That fee is applied to the repair if approve the work. 
Q: Do you do pickup and delivery of equipment?
A: Yes we do, for a charge ranging from a minimum of  $85 to a maximum of $115, and within a distance of 10 miles from our shop. 
Q: Can I schedule a repair appointment or should I bring my equipment in?
A: We will gladly schedule an appointment for you over the phone, or you are welcome to bring your item in, at which time it will be scheduled. However, all repair dates are subject to change depending on our work load and staffing. We do our best to get your equipment back to you as soon as possible. 
Q: How far out are you on repairs?
A: It depends on which season we are in. We can be out as little as a week, and up to 7 weeks in the spring and summer. We do the best we can at all times to complete repairs as fast as possible, but have learned that it's better to under-promise and over-deliver. 
Q: Do you sell parts? 
A: Yes, we sell lot's of parts! Come on by and bring a snapshot of your equipment's ID sticker and the ID of the engine and we can get you what you need. Belts, carburetors, air filters, spark plugs, etc.
Q: Do you sell new and used equipment? 
A: Oh ya! Come on in a check out what we have! 
Q: Do you sell used riding mowers?
A: What we have for sale is in front of our shop or in our showroom. If there isn't a used riding mower for sale out front, we have no backstock. Unfortunately, we don't take customer's information to call them when we get one in.
